From the moment I arrived, despite an initial issue with my booking being unexpectedly cancelled, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was accommodated. Their dedication and effort truly saved my trip. My room was exceptionally clean and well-organized, providing a perfect, comfortable environment after long work days. The breakfast was a highlight, offering an amazing variety of delicious options to start each day right. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding staff. Every single person I encountered, from the cleaners to the kitchen staff, was incredibly friendly and professional. A special shout-out must go to the manager (who I believe handled my booking situation). In all my years of business travel around the world, I've rarely encountered someone so professional and capable. His professionalism was truly remarkable. Given the impeccable service, comfortable accommodations, and the team's incredible ability to resolve issues, I would absolutely recommend the Nayland Hotel, especially for business travelers looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay in London. The Naylands Hotel is an incredible place to stay. The location is premium right by Pattington station and walkable to some of the biggest attractions. The service is impeccable from the reception team always greeting you, to the room service team always assisting with a smile. The rooms are a bit tight, but absolutely suitable for a London trip where you find yourselves only at the hotel to rest your head at night. Looking forward to our next trip and staying at the Naylands!
Highly recommend this hotel! The staff are truly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They assisted us with taxis, making sure we got the best possible price, and even allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy the rest of the day. Really made us feel at home. Thank you!
The hotel is pretty good for this price. The room size is little bit larger than as usual of London rooms. So, that is great for us. You can take free of charge coffee and tea on lobby. Additionally, have clean-silent room and friendliness personnel. We will definitely come again. Thanks!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, especially considering the price of just £9. The double beds are a bit narrow, but still comfortable enough. Overall, the space is quite compact, but everything was clean and well maintained. The window let in a bit of a draft, but that’s an easy fix. All in all, I had a pleasant stay – it’s a cosy and charming little hotel.
Stayed for 4 nights in late January in a 3-bed room. Although our initial room was at a sublevel, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We requested if we could be transfered to a higher level and the next day were taken to the top floor, to an ever more spacious room. The people were increadibly helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was more than adequate, and serving staff inreadibly friendly. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, as it was less than 5 minutes from Paddington Station, a gigantic train hub with everything you might need in it. The general neighborhood was beautiful and filled with shops, restaurants, pubs, markets, etc. It is by no means a luxury hotel, but as a hub from which to explore London, it is ideal! Thank you to all the staff for a great stay!
The room was gorgeous. We got a room for three people for four nights and the room was quite large for its price. The service was also top notch and the people were so nice. The hotel was so close to Paddington station which made public transport much easier as well.
The Nayland hotel is in a perfect location to explore the city. The bus stops and the train station is only a short distance from the hotel and there are plenty on bars and restaurants to choose from. The hotel it's self offers basic accommodation that is extremely clean and comfortable. The staff and very friendly and are always happy to help.
